Teachers and Support Staff at Oakham School have been getting into the Christmas spirit with a festive wreath making masterclass at the School.
Taking place in the Richard Bull Centre, the Art department hosted the festive event for staff to get creative and make beautiful wreaths they could then take home with them.
After an initial tutorial on how to use the variety of materials made available, everyone got stuck into their designs whilst working together and enjoying mince pies and mulled wine.
It was a popular event with lots of people taking part and some stunning wreaths were produced.
The session was one of a number of opportunities for staff to take part in practical activities in the Art department, giving them the chance to learn new skills as well as to have some time for themselves.
Donations made from the workshop also raised approximately £200 for Cancer Research.
