We run Open Events each year, to give families an opportunity to experience Oakham School. These fun and friendly events allow visitors to tour our fantastic facilities, meet teaching and support staff and hear from current pupils about School life. Visitors will also hear from our Headmaster, have the opportunity to speak to our Admissions team and be able to take part in interactive demonstrations and activities around the School campus.
We offer Boarding Taster Weekends for pupils that are in Years 7 to 8 (aged 11 to aged 12), which offer a fun introduction to boarding in the Lower School. Pupils experience a range of fun activities, meals, and an overnight stay in Hodges, our Lower School boarding accommodation. Parents are also offered an optional tour of the School.
This year saw the return of our Sporting Futures Evening where young athletes and parents gained valuable insights into performance pathways and future careers in sport.
