Although the term has come to a close, athletics will continue through the summer with 6 Oakham athletes being chosen for the L&RSAA in Birmingham on the 13th & 14th July at English Schools.
2 athletes competed at the National IAPS Athletics Championships in Birmingham:
Beth G competed in the U13 1500m earning gold with a time of 5 minutes and 3 seconds.
Henry B made it through to the top 8 throw off out of 15 in the end earning a highly impressive 7th place finish.
